Speciality - New World Cuisine
Lifestyle member's and their guests can enjoy this sophisticated a-la-carte restaurant located below the villas reception. There is a choice of "al fresco" dining at the open-air terrace or in the intimate indoors. During the day the gourmet restaurant provides the light lunches which are served in the VIP World. In the evening, the VIP gourmet is the perfect setting for a varied six course theme menu which offers the finest dishes from Europe, the far east, to the Caribbean with a white glove service. The "Chateau Briand" is to be recommended.
The gourmet restaurant is open Monday to Friday and has two sittings, 6.30 pm and 8.30 pm. Reservations are required the day before.
