We just got back yesterday from one of our best hollidays ever. Lifestyle VIP is the most relaxing way to " get back on earth" after a terrible busy year at work.
Everything seen on your website is just like it actually is on the resort. We had a 2 bdr. suite wich is very ok.
We have read many rewiews on Trip Advisor. A mix that goes from very bad to very good ones. Ours will be in the category: Very good. Everywhere in the resort you meet friendly people with a smiling "hola" and everywhere you feel that those peope actually likes you. Because of this friendly attitude we tipped a lot, but tipping was never expected and we even had to call the waiters back to get their tips. Wonderful people. The service is 5 star. We had read that almost no one spoke english. We now know that only very few doesnt speak english. Maybe they cannot make a long conversation, but we never had a problem with not speaking spanish. At all the frontdesks they have people who are multilinqual so no one should have a problem.
The only problem that we had during our 2 weeks stay was that they forgot to replace our shampoo one day. Wow...that could ruin our whole vacation??????? :o)))
There were less mosquitos than on any former vacation. No bugs and everything is kept cleaner than we have ever seen before. I have never before seen that they actually wash the roads because they are dusty. We had no stomach problems from the food and there are plenty of different restaurants to choose from. Some food better than others, but you can always find a restautant that fits your taste. We had dinner at the Gourmet Restaurant 5 times and this was very delicius.
So all in all we come back with a feeling that this is a place that we can recomend to anyone that wants a relaxing luxury vacation among happy people that will do anything to make your vacation the best ever.

Dear Debbie and Andy,
The trip was amazing! We had lots of fun and loved the resort. We had Villa 66 which I believe you already have pictures of. We wished we could of gotten a Villa like E35, but every villa was taken but we still loved or stay.
We loved it so much that we are interested in becoming owners like yourselves but didn't want to spend our vacation on speaking to the salespeople on it and wanted to do research at home. Can you let us know how much it costs to become an owner of a villa?

Hi Debbie,
We just returned late last night and had a wonderful time. It's hard to
believe we went from "paradise" yesterday morning to looking at a foot of
snow this morning. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Having our own
pool was great. All the workers at the villa were professional and did a
great job. We were in Villa 18B, which I know is one of the older ones, but
we loved it. We felt it was a great location as we spent alot of time at the
beach. The only problem we had was a leak in the downstairs bathroom. They
looked at it, but said they were unable to fix. We reported it on our
outgoing survey. The weather was gorgeous - so we spent little time in the
Villa. Actually, people who were in the newer area were complaining about
all the noisy drilling and construction. Each night we tried a different
restaurant. We felt that for the most part, the food was pretty good. Our
biggest surprise came at the VIP Gourmet. We waited over 2 hours to get our
meal and the chauteau briand was raw when we finally we received it. Quite
the opposite of most guests experiences!
Upon check in ,we received a golf cart without even requesting it. On a few
occassions we requested wine, but were told since we were guest members we
could not have it. We purchased our wine and premium spirits at the local
store which was not a problem. There was never a mention of Ocean World
tickets and I didn't know enough to inquire. We looked into some
excursions, but didn't end up doing any. We were quite content just
relaxing.
We talked with a number of guests - some didn't like it there at all and
others loved it. We quickly realized that most who loved it were Villa
occupants like ourseleves. We were roped into a presentation, but when it
became clear we weren't really interested, our presenter, (I think his name
was Moses, got very rude). We wanted to know the "bottom line" to see if it
was something we might like, but he refused to tell us. It sounds like
everyone pays a something different.
Anyway, it was a great trip. Don't be surprised if you hear from us again -
I have a feeling we'll be going back. Thanks for all your help and if you

Got back a couple of hours ago and feel compelled to drop you a line to tell you how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the VIP World Lifestyle Crown Villas.
Myself, my partner, parents, and sister were completely blown away when we entered the villa, it was even more than I expected (and my expectation was high!).
In the end, like you, we were so impressed we purchased a platinum package.
As you suggested we did negotiate very hard and got the perfect package for us..... thank you for your advice, we also checked before we left yesterday to make sure that you will receive your free week, as the party who referred us to VIP World so watch out for that.
Pictures of VIP World Beach will follow shortly but not yet had the chance to download my pictures, in the meantime I have left you feedback on Ebay.

Debbie and Andy,
We had a great vacation and look forward to a return visit. E23 was
very nice other than the living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable.
We saw E48 and they seemed to have more updated furniture. We liked the
location of E23 as it had a very large yard and was very relaxing
looking out to our view. Some of the villas although isolated and nice
did not have the spacious yard as E23 does. It was next to the road
which we did not mind as we waived to the people as they went by. We
would differently like staying at E23 again.
The VIP Beach was wonderful. Beds are nice. If you want a bed on the
front row you will need to get down there before the beach opens and put
a book or something on it to hold it. That's what everybody was doing.
Sushi bar was very yummy. They had ice cream at the Sushi bar too. We
ordered food at the beach and it was very good. Gourmet restaurant was
awesome, loved the Chateaubriand. The Buffet's were just ok, but not
bad. We liked the Italian and Tex-Mex also.
We have given your website to a few people. To some of the people we met
at the resort and to some of our friends who just can not believe the
pictures we took.
We were very close to buying a VIP membership. We own an RCI resort and
do understand how timeshares work although this is different and better.
We are thinking when we come back we will be better prepared to buy.
We loved it there so much we will be back. We are thinking of January
2008. At least 3 weeks, maybe 4. What kind of rates do you think you
can work out for us?
We also have some pictures we can email you if you like. Some of E23
interior and VIP beach. Let us know. I can downsize them so they will be
easier to email.

We had a great time, not sure if we were in a E unit or not, but we were in #21, which worked out just fine it was nice & close to everything, although we did have a golf cart. The unit appeared to have been recently renovated?
We arrived in Santo Domingo & our taxi guy was there waiting for us, with his sign in his hands CORP/MAILLOUX so that was the first relief. The trip there took approx. 4 1/2 hrs as the traffic was a little hectic on the Friday Afternoon & the air port is on the opposite side of the city so it took nearly 1 1/2 hrs just to get out of the city. The return was just over 3 hrs. as the traffic was much less. Took advantage of the time savings to have a quick tour of the city.. Bonus..
Staff was great, meals were delicious and VIP privileges were awesome with the Sunday party fireworks & all, the newly opened VIP beach (wonderful sushi) & the Gourmet Restaurant where the Chateaubriand was to die for..
The only negatives which the resort had little control over were the frequent rains & the many mosquitoes that entered the unit with ease as the louvers had no screens on them.
All in all, Great Vacation.
much appreciated, hopefully we can do it again real soon..
PS do you have access to villas on other islands as well?

Hello Andy and Debbie,
Our villa was awesome.Very Nice people there. I didn't expect that out of the airport, people just came up to us and took our bags right out of hands. My brothers girlfriend was with us and she is from the Philippians, so when she goes home to visit I guess they are like that there too, so she is use to it. They drive so crazy there. On the way back to the airport the driver was very good, it was just on the way to the resort the driver bumped some guy twice to move out of the way. I was going to email you earlier I have just been so busy trying to get caught up. I wanted to ask you if you have an email address for someone we can get in contact with. We booked a day trip on the boat to go snokling and fishing. We had an aweful time we didn't do anything besides go on an 1 1/2 hrs boat ride there were we spent maybe 1/2 on the beach and went over to a village and ate and then went back for another 1 1/2 ride back. The only good thing is we met this other family from England that was on the boat too, and we hung out with them a lot during the rest of the week. We went to complain to the guy we got it off of and so did the other family, we booked it by the VIP World. I forget the guys name, He was german. We didn't even go on the right boat (catamaran) that we were suppose to, we were on this small little boat. He said that we could get a t-shirt or a towel. And then he said that he had a surprise for us, he just needed to talk to his boss and told us to come back the next day. Which we went on the buggys and when we got back from the buggys we were suppose to go see him but we were all tired and muddy. So by the time we got cleaned up and went to go out for supper he wasn't there anymore. So we went to see him the next day and he wouldn't do anything for us because I guess he was trying to plan another trip on the catamaran this time and we didn't come see him so he wouldn't do anything not even give us a towel or a t-shirt like he said before. So we talked to the people from England and she said that she wasn't going to waste anymore time on it and just email the resort when she returns home. So if you could get me an email address that would be great.
Other then that we had a wonderful time, great weather. The one girl told us that Debbie came up to see if everything is going good, that was very nice, Thank you. We might want to go next year but with more people, we had lots of room in our villa. The week went by so fast.

Sorry Debbie I have been meaning to do this since our return but not found the time. I am in Germany this week so should be able to send some pictures.
Rose and I had a great time at the resort and look forward to repeating the experiance again in the near future.
We were given villa 18a, which is a 3 bedroomed villa about a 5 minute walk from the beach and the main reception area. So dispite not being given a golf cart, due to there being so many members at the resort they told us none were available, it was not a problem.
Our villa was joined to another villa which was occupied by 2 families with small children during our stay but we hardly knew they were there. We spent most of our time by the pool, well actually Rose spent it sunbathing by it, while spent most of my time trying to avoid the sun while in the pool. We both found the villa and the grounds to be great along with the service provided every morning to provide breakfast.
As I said earlier I will forward some pictures this week.
Once again thank you for a great vacation and we both look forward to visiting again in the near future.
